About Swami Satyadharma

Swami Satyadharma is an inspiring, world-renowned yoga teacher who spent the majority of her adult life living under the direct tutelage of Paramahamsa Satyananda Saraswati and his successor Paramahamsa Niranjanananda at her guru's ashram in India.

Swami Satyadharma spends part of each year traveling and facilitating meditation workshops and illuminating advanced yogic practices with warmth and eloquence. Her teachings are accessible to people of all levels of experience.

Her book, Yoga Chudamani Upanishad: Crown Jewel of Yoga, is a manual of higher sadhana delineating the ancient path of kundalini awakening.

What attendees of past workshops & retreats with Swami Satyadharma have to say:

"Deep within her serene being, Swami Satyadharma holds intrcate spiritual knowledge. She radiates tremendous positivity, warm healing energy, and boundless love."

"As words are a limited medium, it is impossible to describe the depth and breath of the entire experience. Knowledge could certainly be gained from books, however, this is no match for having the knowledge directly transmitted by a master who brings the knowledge alive within you. Having come in contact with Swamiji has opened my mind and my heart and made me more positive, kind, loving, generous, and selfless. For this transformation, I am truly grateful to Swami Satyadharmaji as well as to Satyananda Yoga."

"From the moment she entered the hall ... a certain vibrant energy was palpable in our community: an air of transformation, possibilities widening and an elevation of consciousness."
